Account Manager - Print and Retail
This is a full time permanent role, paying up to £45k per annum (may be negotiable) plus excellent benefits – working Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 3.30pm – please note that this role is 100% OFFICE BASED.
The post holder will manage and oversee a large key account. The roles requires the successful candidate to be able to be the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the key accounts, by building and maintaining strong long lasting customer relationships for existing customers as well as new ones based on trust and respect. You will answer customer enquiries via email, phone and face to face. You will be the main point of contact from quoting, taking the order, sampling and seeing the job through to production and despatch.
Essential requirements: exceptional verbal and written communication skills, experience in customer account management, proven experience with developing new business from a number of existing clients, resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes. Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally. Works well under pressure and tight deadlines.
