Account Manager with previous experience in project and client management is needed by our client, an innovative public relations agency, to be based in London.

With their fresh approach to PR and focus on sales, they help growing business with brand consultancy, messaging, social media management, celebrity endorsements, and digital marketing.

They take pride in getting eyeballs on your website, engagement on your social media, bums on seats and bringing orders in. They are now on the lookout for someone new to join their small, close-knit team.

Arguably one of the most important roles in the agency - the holder of this role owns their relationships with 'bill payers' (their lovely clients) ensuring they are kept happy and their accounts are thriving.

They are the very glue holding things together - in charge of all things 'client' related. Working with various teams across the agency (PR, Social Media, Videography, Photography, Graphic Design & Events) to make sure their clients objectives are met.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? (with the support of a team of two):
PROJECT MANAGEMENT - actioning the strategy for their clients.
CLIENT MANAGEMENT - ensuring clients are happy, and kept updated every step of the way through calls, meetings and reports.
MANAGEMENT OF THE CLIENT ACCOUNTS TEAM - building, training and managing a strong team to ensure clients are kept happy.
COORDINATING WITH OTHER TEAMS - working with other teams within the agency to ensure the client accounts are thriving.
MINI-JOSHUA - acting as an ambassador, and proxy of Joshua (their founder).
HAPPY GO LUCKY - doing ad hoc tasks as and when.

OFFICE SUITE WHIZZ - what they don't know about Office isn't worth knowing!
YES, SIR - good at taking instructions - and delivering.
POSSESSIVE - like a dog with a bone when it comes to 'owning' a task and
seeing it through to the end.
A SLEUTH - research is second nature.
CLIENT MANAGEMENT - experienced at 'managing' clients.
A TEAM PLAYER - an ability to 'play nice' and encourage others to support
their efforts.
NO.1 BOSS - an inspirational leader.
'I WOULD WALK ONE THOUSAND MILES' - goes above and beyond.
SHAKESPEARE INCARNATE - fabulous verbal and written skills that even the
great bard would be jealous of.
JUGGLER - capable of 'juggling' numerous tasks at once, prioritising and
delivering to deadlines and expectations.

SMOOZER - keeping clients happy (and well-watered).

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience, reviewed after one month and quarterly then onwards)
