The mission of the Power Solutions AccountManager is to profitably grow the orders and sales numbers for the PowerSolutions direct business by acting as a V2 Sales Champion, supportingSchneider V1 sales teams, and acting as an opportunity leader where required.The critical mission of the role is to secure orders and sales growth bydriving the total sales process from lead identification/generation through toclose. The post holder will work closely with colleagues in regional salesteams across Partner, Buildings and Services to grow our customer base throughtechnical and solutions sales. A key part of the role is to ensure that wedelight our customers throughout the sales process.
·Activelypromote the Power Solutions offers (PME, PSO, PCMD and Services) with thetarget customer base, gaining orders, specification and standardisation.
·Definetechnical requirements for customers and liaise with tender teams to producecost effective and deliverable solutions
·Establishand implement a dynamic sales plan, following where appropriate establishedSchneider processes
·Successfullyidentify the critical success factors and needs of the customers - capturethese and translate into an offer or solution and capture an order from thecustomer
·Workclosely with internal colleagues in all areas including Transactional regionalteams, marketing, Buildings regional teams, services and internal sales toensure cross BU collaboration and that you have a strong network of V1's togrow pipeline
·Deepoffer and application knowledge
·Provideall relevant information in an accurate and timely manner, following Schneiderprocesses where applicable
·Manageand maintain customer relationships to develop profitable lifetimerelationships with customers
·Ensurethat customer complaints and issues are managed to create delighted customers
