As an Account Manager working for an independently owned Platinum Oracle Partner (that's been around for over 23 years), you'll bridge the gap between Oracle and their customers, helping them to make the most of their IT investment.
You'll provide a broad range of products and services into a warm base of commercial sector clients, all designed to maximise the performance or enhance the capabilities of their current Oracle infrastructure.
Taking full ownership of the sales cycle, you'll join a high performing team of sales and technical professionals who deliver the most cutting edge tech and services to Oracle customers, this side of the US.
You'll be used to dealing with commercial clients and completing 20 - 30 deals per quarter ranging from £10k to £100k.
With a KPI target for the first 3 months, you'll be fully inducted into the company and intensively trained on the product kit bag. It's in-depth, so you'll already have a deep knowledge of servers, storage and managed services.
It goes without saying in relation to the types of clients and deal sizes you'll be working on, that you'll be very much at home dealing with all levels of stakeholders and you'll be adept at establishing pain and developing and presenting proposals that address and solve it.
In return? Well, the world's your oyster.
Every single team member exceeded their targets last year, so with a basic of £30k (plus £6k car) and uncapped commission, money's not an issue.
Likewise career progression. There are no glass ceilings here.
