Office based Account Manager role acting as main point of contact for clients (regional & national) in this busy customer service team.
Account management of up to 60 clients, office based (with occasional client visits)
Responding to correspondence (queries, complaints) via email and phone call, for key accounts
Acting as main point of contact for key clients, building relationship as an account manager, providing excellent customer service
Essential Skills/ Experience
Current office based account manager experience
Proven customer service and complaint handling / query resolution skills
Confident Excel (including pivot tables)
