Account Manager - NO COLD CALLING

We are looking for strong Account Managers to join a fast growing company based in farnborough. This is purely an Account Management role where you are required to up/cross sell products - NO COLD CALLING.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Taking incoming & making outgoing calls to take the customers normal order.
  • Utilizing the "call recipe" selling techniques in every call.
  • Whilst taking the normal order up selling splits to cases, gap selling, range selling, memory jogging from customer’s order history on products not ordered, introducing new promotions & lines that match the customer’s needs.
  • Achieve individual promotional & new product targets set by Head of Telesales through effective planning & presenting to all qualified accounts.
  • Ensure the whole order is keyed correctly - minimizing errors.
  • Keep fully updated & maintained ledger - base of customers - on Sales Force & on any paperwork eg Gap Selling
  • Fully develop all sales opportunities with your account base through careful analysis using on screen data & account statistics
  • Achieve company criteria on accounts trading & minimizing losses through close management & liaisons with Field Sales

Must be an excellent communicator, well orgainsed and be able to work easily towards targets set.
