We are looking for strong Account Managers to join a fast growing company based in farnborough. This is purely an Account Management role where you are required to up/cross sell products - NO COLD CALLING.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Taking incoming & making outgoing calls to take the customers normal order.
- Utilizing the "call recipe" selling techniques in every call.
- Whilst taking the normal order up selling splits to cases, gap selling, range selling, memory jogging from customer’s order history on products not ordered, introducing new promotions & lines that match the customer’s needs.
- Achieve individual promotional & new product targets set by Head of Telesales through effective planning & presenting to all qualified accounts.
- Ensure the whole order is keyed correctly - minimizing errors.
- Keep fully updated & maintained ledger - base of customers - on Sales Force & on any paperwork eg Gap Selling
- Fully develop all sales opportunities with your account base through careful analysis using on screen data & account statistics
- Achieve company criteria on accounts trading & minimizing losses through close management & liaisons with Field Sales
Must be an excellent communicator, well orgainsed and be able to work easily towards targets set.
