Client Services Executive, Account Manager

A highly successful, global business with a range of financial services clients are looking for an experienced Client Services Executive to join their team.

Based in Canary Wharf and providing an outstanding service to a range of international corporations, my client is looking for a bright and motivated Client Services Assistant to join them.

Key responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with corporate clients
Managing client relationships; providing a first point of contact for any issues
Attending quarterly review meetings to discuss account status and to outline areas of improvement
Providing timely and accurate reports to each client

The ideal candidate will have gained two to three years commercial experience in a client services or account management role. You will have worked with corporate clients previously and will have a great track record of building strong client relationships.

The salary on offer for this role is £30,000-£34,000 plus bonus and benefits.
