A large, international business with offices in the Wakefield area is inviting applications for the position of Account Manager.
Working in a fast paced, you will have line management responsibility for a team of legal proofreaders and workflow coordinators to ensure the quality of service delivery for the businesses key external stakeholders.
Your remit will include responsibility for ensuring standardised processes designed to ensure service quality are implemented, whilst working with functional teams to keep policies, controls and reporting on track. You'll manage your teams performance through establishing goals, business objectives, priorities and training, providing ongoing performance feedback and development opportunities.
A critical aspect of this role is to investigate and resolve any issues escalated by the client, maintaining the issues log and communicating significant issues to the Account Director.
This is a wide ranging and busy role with responsibility for client delivery, people management and compliance issues. To be considered you'll need previous experience of working in the Legal sector and be a competent team leader with exposure to a customer service intensive environment. You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent client service skills and a service-minded attitude towards the client. Individuals with experience of proofreading are particularly encouraged to apply.
