Account Manager - Learning & Development - Buckinghamshire/Berkshire
Woodrow Mercer are recruiting on behalf of a leading people & performance consultancy that boast over a decade's worth of 'Sunday Times top 100 employers' awards to their name. The organisation is going through a very exciting period of growth and change. This means that an opportunity has become available for a bright, articulate and engaging Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for managing existing account needs, maximising revenue opportunities, negotiating fees, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service ensuring retention of business. You'll identify opportunities to upsell as well as lead on bids, pitches and proposals.
Candidates should be credible with the ability to engage at all levels internally and externally, possessing experience in a similar account manager or business development role in a client centric business. An interest in learning & development, HR or psychology is a real plus, but not essential.
