We have a fantastic opportunity working for a Pharmaceutical Company based in South East London, SE23. They are specialists in global pharmaceutical exports, sourcing products from UK manufacturers. These guys are experts in their field.
This role will start as an Administrator working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm. However, you will be fully trained in this position and will gradually work your way up to be an integral part of the sales team, selling and looking after your own clients. This will not involve any cold calling, it's simply quotations and managing clients. (Account Management)
•Fully supporting the Directors
•Providing all round administration support to the sales staff
•Entering quotations as directed by the sales staff on to the specialised computer system
•Learning full product knowledge
•Providing cost analysis for clients
•Entering products on to the system
•Liaising with import and export contacts
•Providing all formal documentation for import and export of goods
•Producing purchase ledger and sales ledger documents
Salary - £18,000, increased to £19,000 after 3 months, increased to £20,000 after 6 months. It will take you between 6 - 9 months to learn the industry, and by that time you can earn commission too, taking your OTE to around £25,000 - £30,000.
