TITLE: Account Manager / Sales Executive (50/50 split) No cold calling - buoyant sector!
LOCATION: Woking - UK travel - South
SALARY: £30- 40K basic - £80K OTE - uncapped + Equity + bens - pension, life assurance, staff discount scheme.

Our client is a successful and entrepreneurial business with the ambition, plan and proven capability for rapid growth with the view to going public within 3 to 5 years. This Account Manager position offers the opportunity to play a key role in developing relationships with a number of existing public sector clients and a warm list of prospects. The role would suit a strong relationship builder with an entrepreneurial flair and who is also happy to nurture new clients.
The role will involve a variety of activities:
- Selling the companies range of IT solutions to existing public sector clients (50%) and developing new relationships with warm and receptive prospects (50%).
- Providing proposals and negotiating contractual terms.
- Developing account plans.
- Working with internal teams including marketing.
- Managing sales pipeline, forecasting, tracking and reporting.
- Experience working within a technical client management / business development / sales role ideally selling IT software solutions or digital services.
- Technical knowledge of software / hardware / IT / communications / digital services and a desire and capacity to learn.
- An entrepreneurial flair, passion and drive to be successful.
- Driving licence / own car.
