Account Manager - The Role:

  • Ensure individual targets are achieved on a monthly basis
  • Identify and generate new prospects
  • Maintain existing customers
  • Sell and promote the businesses full portfolio and services
  • Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Attend regular technology training sessions
  • 70% Account Manager / 30% New Business

Account Manager - The Candidate:

  • At least 1-2 years IT sales experience selling to either channel partners/end users or SI’s
  • Proven track record of selling to high level decision makers (Director level and above)
  • Accurate and attention to detail (confident to write and create own bids and tenders)
  • Ability to present to High-level management
  • Experienced at both New Business & Account management
  • Tenacious & Ambitious
  • Communicator & Confident
  • Career Longevity & Customer centric
  • Likeable & Team player
