Established 5 years ago and with an already impressive existing portfolio of clients, they are looking to identify a consultative recruiter who is focused on the value of long term relationships. So far, this has been the backbone of the company’s success as all existing business has been introduced and referred from networks that have been built over many years. Business development is achieved through building a reputation for quality and intelligent networking.
The focus is on service delivery and the foundations are in place to ensure success so if you are looking to join a business without the sales targets and KPIs and enjoy growing your business through relationship building with lots of face to face client interaction whilst working within a professional and balanced environment, this would be a very good option.
On offer is a basic salary to £30k which is negotiable dependent upon experience and an uncapped and generous commission scheme. Hours are flexible and reasonable with 3 days per week worked at the companies city centre offices and 2 worked remotely on a permanent basis.
