Due to growth within the business, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join the vibrant team at Krome Technologies. This is an exceptional opportunity to establish yourself in a highly successful and rapidly expanding team.
In the position of Business Development Manager, you will report directly to the Sales Director and be responsible for securing, managing and maintaining trusting relationships with both new and existing clients.
Developing an understanding of individual requirements and providing a high level of customer service throughout all communications will be key in this role, as well as actively seeking new sales opportunities.
Serve as the lead point of contact for own portfolio
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop trusted relationships
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with team to identify and grow opportunities
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
•At least 2-3 years of experience as a Business Development Manager/Account Manager, preferably in the IT industry
•Strong client relationship and client management skills
•The ability to influence and negotiate with clients at senior levels
•New business development skills
