Our client is a huge brand and a leading global group looking for an Account Manager to join their successful, growing team. The main purpose of the role will be to manage, grow and retain your seasonal clients. Whilst maintaining a first class relationships internally and externally.

What are the responsibilities of the ideal Account Manager?

*Account Management of seasonal member accounts via event support avenues and teams
*Working towards an agreed personal and team revenue target
*Focus on client retention of seasonal accounts each year
*Provide accurate, clear and precise data to the sales team in line with department standards, through accurate and comprehensive CRM management
*Processing of customer orders and issuing invoices
*Upselling of additional hospitality and other exciting events
*Management of all additional benefits and services, linked to specific events
*Co-ordinate with the operations team to ensure a five-star service
*Management of finances in relation to client accounts
*Assist in delivery and maintaining high customer service and satisfaction
*Management of additional hospitality needs
*General administration and support duties as requested by management
*Remaining compliant with company policies and have a professional conduct at all times

What do we look for?

*2+ Years in a previous Account Management role
*Experience of an internal sales environment - B2B OR B2C
*Microsoft Office Skills
*Salesforce experience is desirable
*A fantastic communicator
*Great attention to detail
*A structured and organised approach with the ability to adapt
*Working well under pressure

What's in it for you?

A basic Salary of £25,000
Uncapped Bonus (Realistic OTE £33,000 - £40,000)
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 (You may be required to work on event days)
