Foresight Associates are working with a commercial property agent that works with businesses who are looking for office space by networking with worldwide, national and independent providers of serviced offices, managed offices, virtual offices and the growing number of Co-working locations to find the right flexible work space solution for any type of business.
They pride themselves on their approachable, friendly service. They build long lasting relationships whether the business employs 1 or 100+ people, and always strive to do the best for their clients
- You will be expected to manage your own pipeline efficiently while building new and maintaining existing relationships with client by means of warm calling.
- You will have to have a can do attitude, be able to speak confidently and manage client expectations.
- The business has lists of clients already using serviced office space to work through
- The successful applicant will be expected to place adverts on websites such as Gumtree which will increase lead generation
- Be enthusiastic and content when responding to requests
- Occasionally attend client viewings in order to try and manage deals through to closure
- Develop relationships with the operators and keeping in touch to ensure updated deal reporting in place.
- Creation of reports and qualification of prospects to set up viewings for prospects and sell serviced offices and the concept to them.
Background & Experience:
- Have some experience working in a telesales team and delivering and exceeding KPIs.
