An opportunity has arisen with a leading independent recruiter in Bristol city centre to join their Finance recruitment team working on key accounts. An award winning employer, the company operate a very relaxed, target free culture which has fostered a great environment to work in.
Joining the established Finance division, this is a great role for a recruiter with 6 - 24 months experience who is looking to work with regular clients and develop these existing relationships. The main part of the position is working on development roles and chatting to clients predominantly about permanent opportunities.
The client base is solid and welcoming and this role will suit someone who enjoys building rapport and a regular relationship with key decision makers. You will be meeting candidates and clients on a weekly if not daily basis and need to be organised and able to prioritise roles and people to maximise opportunities.
The business spend a lot of time, money and effort in the marketing and advertising of this department which in turn creates a strong foot flow of candidates and clients through the door. All they need is the right person to piece it all together!
You are likely to be a second jobber in recruitment, and have learnt the basics and enjoy the role. You may be working in a kpi led culture, or for a business that is too rigid in its structure. This business wishes to hire a bright, motivated recruiter who enjoys the day to day activity, gets a buzz from setting up interviews and the trappings of being successful in a competitive field. Ideally you will have at least 6 months experience in recruitment, with the client being open to any sector. You should possess a good sense of humour, enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve results and take pride in your work.
In return you will receive a competitive salary in the £20k-25k bracket, potentially more for someone with a longer track record of success in the market. Uncapped commission, benefits and a great working environment are all on offer for the right person too.
