Account Manager (Field Based)

Playing a central role in an award-winning, global company as an ambitious Field Sales Representative. Ideally, you will be based in either East, South East, or North East London.

After 8-11 weeks of intensive training, you will be given a portfolio of accounts to manage across a specific region. You will visit existing customers as well as cold calling new independent retailers within your portfolio to build relationships, encourage sales and loyalty, and drive brand availability - aiming to become their 'partner of choice’. You will be working to achieve the company’s KPIs and objectives which include meeting the designated call rate, call, coverage target, selling products and merchandising.

This is a home / field based role and would require you to have a full manual driving license. You will be responsible for managing your own diary covering absences and holidays of the Sales Reps to ensure company objectives and KPI’s are met and that there is continuity in client relationships.

Ideally you will have a field based sales background, however it is not necessary essential as drive and enthusiasm coupled with strong communication skills and tenacity would certainly be of interest.
