A global FM provider with a strong presence in both private and public sectors across the UK. Our client manages a range of high-profile contracts through out a variety of industries.

Your new role
As the Site Facilities Lead/ Account Manager you will work closely with an experienced facilities team on a high-profile contract recently won ensuring the contract is effectively adhered to from a total facilities management point of view. This role will require you to liaise with a mix of an in-house team to external subcontractors, while feeling confident in managing P+L. In this role it will be key to lead the team confidently and be comfortable in dealing with the client and maintaining and improving the business relationship.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have fantastic communication skills and hard services experience and understand delivery of soft services. The role will involve balancing many stakeholders and being strong in implementing procedure and be driven to deliver innovation where possible. Hard FM qualifications are not a requirement but desirable and candidates must feel comfortable in dealing with engineers and all-round hard FM delivery.

Also, any experience in adding the delivery of small works onto contracts would be beneficial.

What you'll get in return
Package £50k - £54k plus Car and 15% performance bonus, additional benefits.
