Account Manager - Events and Exhibition Stands

Manchster area- office in the North West - can be remote based

Salary is flexible - depending on experience + car allowance

I am working with a well established Exhibition and Event stands manufacturers in the North West and they are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team.

The Account Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a portfolio of existing business and can be based anywhere in the UK - your time will be spent out meeting clients, home based an 1-2 days/week at the head office in the North West

Responsibilities:

  • Managing specific accounts from the general portfolio
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to designated accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Answering client queries
  • Liaising with cross-functional internal teams (including Project Management team and Production) to improve the entire customer experience
  • Engaging in project management duties where relevant
