About The Account Manager Role
As the Account Manageryou will have an exciting opportunity to develop both your technical and client servicing skills in an established Event SaaS and technology environment. This role is suited to an ambitious, driven individual who is happy working to challenging but rewarding targets. While much of your remit will be to deal with the exciting accounts on the Event SaaS company's books, the successful candidate will be comfortable chasing new business and expanding the reach of the business.
Key Responsibilities for Account Manager
* Using your experience to manage existing accounts and ensuring that client needs are met
* Identifying opportunities for growth, using your expertise to capitalise on them
* Maintainance of existing relationships between key decision-makers.
* Working towards aggressive but rewarding targets
* Proactive monitoring of the sales activity within the business.
If you are currently in an Account Management role or are currently working as a Account Manager this is the ideal next step in your career.
Essential Skills and Competencies of the Account Manager:
* Bachelor Degree educated (strong academic record preferred)
* 2+ years experience in customer facing sales role would be ideal
* Experience selling CRM or CMS systems would be beneficial but not a necessity
* Working with SaaS/Technology is desired
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
The Account Manager receives a highly competitive salary paying from £33,000 to £42,000/£70K OTE depending on experience and excellent company benefits.
