As the Account Manager you will responsible for the customer service and delivery of direct mail and print campaigns through constant liaison with marketing managers, suppliers and supply chain contacts on all matters relating to printed marketing communications. As the Account Manager you will provide guidance to clients and take ownership for the end to end campaign management process, from brief through to delivery.
Key skills and experience essential:
- Significant Direct Mail Account Management experience and ideally postal services
- Experienced in handling data for large and complex campaigns preferred
- Experience gained in a print management, print procurement or agency environment is handy
- Excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills
