£35 to £40k basic + uncapped commission

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and successful Account Manager to join our growing sales team. Taking complete ownership of the assigned customer accounts being responsible for all aspects of the customer relationship in the agency including, renewing contracts and generating upsell opportunities to expand the digital footprint of the agency solutions.
The role will be fast-paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic, which will involve:
Meeting the budgeted sales targets
Creating, executing and maintaining account plans for your portfolio of customers, highlighting opportunities and projected revenue and proposed actions/timescales to realise this potential
Identify new opportunities by targeting existing contacts within your customers portfolio and establishing relevant contacts in different areas of the business which map to the gaps identified above
Managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish
Presenting and demonstrating our solutions to C-level executives, building relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, and negotiating complex agreements.
The ideal candidate will be a hungry, target focused and energetic sales professional with great relationship building skills looking to expand their sales career to the next level. The successful candidates will have experience of selling and managing accounts who have a need for a complex software solution as well as all of the soft skills and intangibles to be a successful networker and will easily be adaptable and open to new approaches.
2+ years b2b Account Management/sales experience
Experience of successfully managing multiple accounts
Enjoy working to and achieving monthly targets whilst maintaining a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills with a desire to chase down deals
Ability to carry out the entire sales cycle (cold call, demonstrations, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and close)
Must be PC literate, able to write professional, business emails and compelling proposals
Familiarity with using CRM systems
An understanding of selling to the public sector would be highly advantageous
