Very interesting new permanent position for a customer facing account manager with strong relationship management skills to become the key focal point for specific clients and be their technical expert.
Working with the client and internal teams you will ensure complete customer satisfaction but also be involved with:
* Regular meetings on actions, service reviews, savings, and service delivery
* Have strong understanding of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, sumifs, vlookups)
* Be a friendly, confident communicator
* Regular Reporting
* Software upgrade management and testing of
* Problem management and escalation
* Attention to detail
Any exposure to the financial services sector in client management, or telecoms would be useful. This is not a sales role but an understanding of a consultative upselling approach could be useful.
