Our Market Leading Client within the Umbrella/Payroll/Limited Co arena is seeking to add an Assistant Account Manager to their ranks. This is an ideal role for someone from Recruitment or the Payroll Industry, in the role you will assist the field based Account Managers who numerous duties, there is no element of sales involved in this role/ Very strong administration and client engagement skills are essential to succeed in this position which has come about due to expansion
Roles and responsibilities:
Maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies by making contact each week to ensure their service expectations are being met.
Assisting the Senior Account Managers in the day to day running of their accounts, covering their emails when they are out of the office and ensuring workloads are managed each day.
Main point of contact for all agencies, currently using our client for their payroll.
Updating the IQX system with all contact events made each day.
Fielding a high number of calls on a daily basis.
Achieving daily KPIs - such as 30 account management calls each day, 60 customer service calls each week.
Producing weekly reports for key agencies on the status of candidates being paid via client.
Providing updates to agencies and contractors on the status of their records, confirming if a contractor is fully registered for payment or if there are compliance issues such as missing ID etc.
Liaising with payroll weekly to ensure all contractors are paid on time, updating agencies on any contractors who cannot be paid.
Completing credit control checks weekly and chasing outstanding invoices from agencies.
Explaining payslip breakdowns and deductions to contractors.
