Title: Account Manager - CRM
Our client is a leading data-driven marketing agency based in London. They work with a range of household brands across retail, banking, energy, automotive, FMCG and beyond.
They are looking for an Account Manager to join their busy and driven team, working on a key client account and reporting into a Senior Account Manager. You will be an influential member or the team and will be the main point of contact for the client, other agencies and internally within the business. This is an important role which comes with autonomy and proactivity. You will have confident self-starter who can make informed decisions.
This position would suit somebody from an agency background. It is imperative that the right candidate understands databases and data driven marketing, along with campaign delivery and managing end to end CRM programs, along with the management of client expectations within a reasonable timeframe.
Skills and Experience:
Account Management - able to face-off to clients, understand requirements and turn these into briefs for teams within the agency
Experience of working with stakeholders and helping to think of marketing strategies that will drive customer value and engagement
Able to organise and implement CRM and Digital marketing campaigns
