Account Manager / Business Development Manager

My client pride themselves on great customer service to existing and potential clients, they are a specialist within their industry and continue to get repeat business as well as referrals due to their high levels of service. This position would suit someone with high levels of Customer Service standards as well as the motivation to consistently over achieve against set targets.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Increasing and maximising sales by obtaining suitable leads
  • Build professional and sustainable relationships with clients
  • Account managing any business that is won
  • Arranging face to face meetings
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Contacting potential clients via phone, email and face to face meetings
  • Provide a professional service at all times
  • Ensure that all information and data collected is accurate and entered onto the correct databases in a timely manner
  • Monitoring competitor activity

To be a successful Account Manager/Business Development Manager you will need to be;

  • Proactive and resilient
  • Dynamic, up beat and with a positive attitude
  • Motivated and keen to progress
  • Have excellent levels of Customer Service
  • Not afraid to pick up the telephone
