Job Description

Due to the rapid expansion of our services across the UK, we are looking for a passionate and hardworking Account Manager to support our Business Development Manager in the Bristol area.

Main purpose of the role

  • Provide excellent customer care for new and existing estate agencies working with Simply Conveyancing
  • Full account management of referring estate agents from initial instruction to training staff, achieving growth and ensuring KPI’s are met
  • Dealing with enquiries, system amendments and service issues
  • Creating and running bespoke incentive schemes for referring estate agents
  • Holding training sessions for estate agents on how to utilise our systems and improve business conversion

  • Have the competence to manage time effectively, problem solve and demonstrate a tenacious 'can-do’ attitude

Experience within the property, lettings or estate agency market is preferable but full training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00 Plus commission and car allowance (OTE £45,000)
