Due to the rapid expansion of our services across the UK, we are looking for a passionate and hardworking Account Manager to support our Business Development Manager in the Bristol area.
Main purpose of the role
- Provide excellent customer care for new and existing estate agencies working with Simply Conveyancing
- Full account management of referring estate agents from initial instruction to training staff, achieving growth and ensuring KPI’s are met
- Dealing with enquiries, system amendments and service issues
- Creating and running bespoke incentive schemes for referring estate agents
- Holding training sessions for estate agents on how to utilise our systems and improve business conversion
- Enthusiastic, innovative and self-motivated individuals that will go that extra mile and add real value to our business.
- Have the ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Have the competence to manage time effectively, problem solve and demonstrate a tenacious 'can-do’ attitude
Experience within the property, lettings or estate agency market is preferable but full training will be provided.
