As a result of some new product launches and the refining of their existing product suite they are looking to add a number of talented Account Managers to their Sales Division.
The primary emphasis of the roles is to maximise sales of new products and services into their existing Clients and also aim to reactivate lapsed accounts by the offering of new services to bring the Client back onside with new revenue and so achieve revenue targets.
Your main duties will be to contact selected existing Clients to ensure client retention and a consistent flow of orders from the new digital and non digital product suite, as well as aiming to reactivate lapsed clients. You will look to maximise opportunities for up-selling orders in existing schemes through promotion and sales of new solution features and online & offline communication support materials. You will maximise opportunities for cross-selling other products and services and use targeted follow up marketing campaigns, whilst liaising with other sales, marketing, product and operations teams as appropriate.
As an already successful Account Manager and Business Development Executive you will at heart be a driven, self-motivated telephone sales person, who has an excellent track record of up-selling and cross-selling within accounts and new business sales. You will possess exceptional questioning, listening and presentation telephone communication skills and be able to demonstrate previous successes..
