NJR Recruitment are once again delighted to be engaged with a fiercely independent corporate insurance brokerage, who due to continued success are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join one of its specialist teams out of their Manchester Office.
As Commercial Account Handler you will be responsible for servicing an existing book of clients including processing mid-term adjustments, renewals plus handling queries from clients, Account Executives and others in a positive, professional and efficient manner. You will have a passion for customer excellence and endeavour to provide first class service at all times. Additionally, you will also be responsible for the completion of administrative tasks including but not limited to producing invoices, broking submission and insurances summaries.
To be successful in this role, will have proven experience working as a Commercial Account Handler. You will possess impeccable communications skills, both verbal and written, together with strong influencing and negotiation capability. This role will suit a self-motivated and highly organised individual who is able to prioritise their own workload and meet deadlines.
Strong IT skills and expertise of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and TEAMS are pivotal for this role. Acturis experience is attractive albeit not essential.
