Account Handler
Our client, a niche engineering firm, is part of a global business who support worldwide innovation and long term R & D research projects.
This is a great opportunity to join their growing organisation as they are looking to build a new account management function, working with key accounts and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role
Is to liaise with your clients, deal with any enquiries, manage orders and expectations on delivery and timelines. Co-ordinate with all departments to ensure that orders are despatched on time and keep all stakeholders up to date. Attend meetings with clients as and when required.

The Candidate
You will have an excellent customer focus, able to manage multiple deadlines and projects, be a flexible team player and have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Requirements
Customer service experience ideally within a manufacturing environment
Stakeholder management
Educated to A level or equivalent standard
IT literate
Driving Licence
