Berry Recruitment are looking for Account Handlers for our client in Watford

What are the responsibilities of the role?
Manage key customer accounts
Problem solving customer issues and provide excellent customer service
Supporting the management team and field sales people
Up-selling products and identifying opportunities for increasing business
Providing information and costings
Converting customer queries into bookings where possible

What is the ideal candidate we are looking for?
Some one who has previous experience in managing customer accounts
Ability to manage a busy varied workload
Enthusiastic hard working individual with ambition to have a successful career
Someone who can take responsibility for customer, expenditure and feedback is a key part
Ideally someone who has had at least 3 years in customer service
Works well in a team and by themselves
Positive attitude and a good sense of humour
Confident, reliable, adaptable
