Account Handler, Commercial or Professional Indemnity (Chelmsford, UK)
We are currently looking to recruit an Account Handler (Commercial or Professional Indemnity) for our Chelmsford office.

About the Role
Your key responsibilities will involve;
New business, cross sales renewal and retention of existing direct accounts.
Identification and conversion of additional business opportunities from current clients.
Preparation of renewal documentation including invitation, renewal schedules and clarification of claims.
Managing the diary to ensure policies are invited for renewal in good time to meet delivery standards.
Providing guidance on coverage issues to clients and/or the branch network.
Ensuring all post sale / alteration documentation is sent in a timely manner, including invoicing and policy issuance.
Compliance with business reporting requirements and FCA regulations.
General office duties as directed by the Line Manager.
As an Account Handler your skills and qualifications will include;
Insurance Technical knowledge (ideally Commercial or Professional Indemnity)
Client relationship management

Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team environment
