This is an opening with an integrated agency where you will work on a diverse range of projects from developing brand identities, launching new products to market, organising an exhibition to driving PR awareness campaigns. It's a mid-sized agency so there is plenty of room for personal development and growth as well as full involvement in all projects.
Above all else, this is a hands-on role and you will be expected to assist and manage on-going projects for a mix of clients, from email marketing and social media campaigns to website and design and print projects, working closely with the creative and design teams, to ensure client's expectations are met, on time and to budget. You will work across a variety of accounts B2C and B2B but predominantly B2B, liaising with clients and team members to help take briefs to fruition. You'll work with the creative studio to ensure those briefs are dealt with efficiently and manage the project to successful conclusion, maintaining deadlines and budgets. You will also support the team with administrative tasks, such as pulling database lists together, direct mail projects, press office work for the PR Managers and filing of account activity sheets so being organised is a key pre-requisite. You will also help to manage ad hoc design and print and web projects, owning the relationship with the client and ensuring the work is completed successfully through the studio. You will assist the team to help write blogs and social media content as required and participate in brainstorms and support the team with creative campaigns as appropriate.
What we're looking for
In an ideal world, a relevant degree along with around 12 months experience as an account executive or junior account executive ready to step up, in a digital, integrated or PR agency, particularly working with B2B clients. You'll need evidence of writing blogs and social media posts as well as knowledge of WordPress and social media platforms. Further experience of managing email marketing campaign and a good understanding of print is also important along with being self-motivated, creative and able to improve own work goals. First class organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload and multi-task is vital along with experience in Microsoft Office packages, experience of design packages desirable or willingness to learn.
