ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

WOW a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Account Executive to support our innovative fun client

As an Account Executive you will be responsible offering a 5 star experience for clients whilst driving the business volume through identifying new product opportunities, cross selling and upselling.

There is a monthly commission package associated with the role.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Meet/exceed KPI targets both for engagement, new product development and customer satisfaction for a portfolio of small and medium clients
  • Build and maintain strong relations with our partners to ensure a high degree of partner satisfaction
  • Proactively monitor your allocated accounts and identify and deliver product opportunities to deliver year on year growth
  • Use the established Salesforce system to ensure accurate records are kept

Essential Competencies/ skills:

  • You are an enthusiastic and confident individual with an excellent telephone manner
  • You thrive on delivering great service to business partners
  • You are a problem solver, looking for solutions to make our clients get more from the product range
  • You have strong sales experience
