With clients at the centre of all we do, the Client Insight Manager is the link between GfK and our customers. As part of the Client Solutions team, the role brings together industry and product knowledge to provide solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and use these to truly understand clients businesses and challenges. They will be able to drive engagement through actionable insight and innovative solutions.
This role would be suitable for someone looking to start a career in market research and has come from an analytical/ customer service background.
Support on defined clients, as advised by the Senior Client Insight Manager or Client Insight Director
Ensure client service is delivered to the agreed standard
Learn the broad range of GfK solutions and understand how these can be used by clients
Understand Key Account Plans and support with these where applicable
Work cross functionally within the local business to ensure client needs are met
Work with the client delivery team to ensure data quality and deliverables are timely, fit for purpose and meeting client needs
Develop market and product knowledge
Support and deliver Company strategy
Ensure the CRM system is constantly updated and maintained
You will need
- Customer service focus
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- To be computer literate - able to learn and use bespoke systems
- To be able to build tailored presentations for manufacturers and retailers, using a storyline approach
- To be a Team Worker
- Plus an interest in the IT industry would be would be an advantage.
