Description

As an Account Executive your duties will consist of;

  • Handling incoming queries
  • Managing issues and complaints
  • Keeping on top of all procedures and processes to improve the overall efficiency of the team
  • Maximise sales opportunities
  • Ensuring all documents and systems are up to date at all times
  • Provide excellent customer service both on the phone and face-to-face
  • Processing all quotations and orders

Profile

The ideal candidate will;

  • Hold excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be IT literate
  • Posses strong organisational skills
  • Be confident and driven
