Job Description


You will play a pivotal role in delivering a smooth user experience, engaging with every new client as the first point of contact and adding value to our customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • First client contact - make the 'intro call’ within 15 mins of receiving the application
  • Complete the Fact Find, adding to the Client Profile to ensure we have a full understanding of the client requirements
  • Where possible, arrange a quick demo of the platform via screen-share
  • Manage the client expectations through the activation process
  • Outline and request any requirements for supporting documents
  • Follow up outstanding documents to complete the Client Profile
  • Push out the completed application to the appropriate Payment Partners
  • Deal with the relevant Compliance teams
  • When activated, introduce the relevant Relationship Manager
  • Maintain best practices with all software programmes
  • Perform in line with all KPI’s

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Mission oriented candidate, energised by making customers happy
  • Suitable for entry-level candidate as full training will be given, but previous experience in customer service or sales will be beneficial
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with a high level of professionalism (French is a benefit)
  • Ability to easily develop relationships with new people
  • Ability to multi-task and handle matters with no supervision
  • Strong organisational skills - process driven approach
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
