An excellent Account Executive opportunity has arisen at a dynamic and entrepreneurial Financial Services / Software Solutions business based near Hemel Hempstead.
The purpose of the role is to support the Head of Account Management in providing excellent customer service to key existing financial services clients, as well as developing new and existing relationships. Where possible, this includes identifying business development opportunities and potential sales of additional services to new and existing clients.
- Act as main contact point for all Clients’ queries and work closely with the Client Services Manager and Administration Teams.
- Form strong working relationships with all other teams to deliver the service required by Clients.
- Assist in writing new business tenders.
- Attend client visits with Senior Managers / Directors in the business.
- Work with relevant teams on requests for information from existing clients, including questionnaires, ensuring good quality responses are received.
- Dynamic and highly driven individual with excellent communication and relationship building skills. Experience of Financial Services and/or Software Solutions or Digital Solutions background.
- Strong presentation skills and comfortable in presenting to Senior Stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast moving environment and adapt to change with a flexible approach.
