A Senior Development / Account Executive seeking career progression into a management role is required for a premier insurance brokerage.
My client may will be able to provide a small commercial book to take over, but a development orientated Commercial Insurance professional is sought to build and retain the book. In addition, you will assist the Director in managing the new business pipeline and retention rate by management of the Account Executive team.
You will also have dotted line management of a supporting account handling team. In additional, you will get involved in ad-hoc office projects to drive growth and retention.
Solid commercial insurance technical ability is required, as well as the proven ability to develop business via networking, referrals and lead generation mechanisms. There is comprehensive marketing and broking support available, as well as access to broad insurer markets that offer excellent commission rates.
The forward thinking regional and branch management will encourage and support you in your endeavours, as well as offer career progression into more senior management positions within the wider group.
