Our client is an insurance broking firm based in the Cornwall Region with a motivated and realistic approach to developing their client portfolio over 2018.
Our client is open to looking at good insurance sales professionals who are keen to cultivate their own pipeline and a new business strategy in order to to build a book of business. They will also consider candidates who currently manage their own portfolio and individuals who are confident in their relationships and that the clients will follow after restrictive covenant periods have expired.
There is a lot of assistance available in the form of leads, networking and referral opportunities as well as talented account handling support as well as good markets to place business into.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
Commercial Broking experience is essential
Ideally from a proven sales background or a track record of managing your own book of business with strong relationships in palce
Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships and work well with Underwriters and Staff members
Insurance Qualifications are preferable
