Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Executive selling into and supporting our Higher Education sector at Academia. The ideal candidate will be proactive, motivated with ability to prioritise in fast paced environment and the initiative to efficiently and effectively meet the demands of the team. We are looking for a team player with ability to work independently. A positive 'can do’ attitude and brilliant communication skills are also key. Must have an excellent attention to detail, high standards and quality of work and be able to adopt to different working styles and needs. Candidate will be expected to manage customer requirements, contacting both new and existing business to understand future or current opportunities over the phone. This includes building rapport and developing customer relationships, providing quotes, supporting and assisting Senior Account Manager. Candidate should be focussed on delivering excellent customer service by demonstrating credibility over the phone.

What experience is required?

•? Preferably a minimum of 6-12 months experience in sales or similar customer services role in the Technology/ Education sector
