You will be responsible for administration, order placement and customer calls to a portfolio of small to medium sized customer accounts in the print and packaging business.
A key measure of this internal sales role is to retain and grow order volumes from an existing customers by delivering consistent high levels of customer service through relationship building, as well as developing new business opportunities and generating quality sales leads for the sales CRM system.
Previous experience of developing new business and selling bespoke packaging is preferred but equally our client will consider applications from suitably experienced people who display a confident outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and who is driven by results. Note this is very much a team based 'warm sales' role. No cold calling.
