The role

An Account Executive is required to co-ordinate internal departments, external suppliers and client stakeholders to ensure that client work is delivered to the highest standards while keeping client stakeholders updated on work in progress. Reporting to an Account Manager, you will support the account team to deliver BAU work and projects, you will take personal responsibility for allocated projects. You will work closely with the team to develop successful client relationships including arranging and attending client meetings and presentations, and deliver against agreed objectives. Finally you will keep yourself informed of the latest industry and company developments to assist with personal and professional growth.

The requirements

Ideally you will be a graduate in business / marketing discipline you should have a minimum 1-2 years+ data / digital / email marketing experience. Hard-working with the ability to learn new things quickly you should evidence a demonstrable passion and understanding for direct / digital marketing and / or data. A confident communicator you should be able to deal confidently and appropriately with different client contacts. Possessing negotiation and relationship building skills, you should have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with Acoustic or other Email platform is strongly preferred.
