Account Director within PR Agency Sector

I am currently working with an organisation who are currently looking to bring in an experienced AD to start ASAP for a permanent opportunity.

Key duties

Client Relations

  • Develop relations with all senior personnel within account clients to build a rapport and secure long term success for both sides
  • Help to identify and gain organic growth within the current client base to drive increased profitable revenue
  • Seek to maximise opportunities for additional quality client coverage to exceed their expectations
  • Develop contact strategy for each client in terms of length, frequency, type within the client base
  • Use client market tracking data and trends to gain a deep understanding of the broader strategic issues facing them and their businesses in terms of industry trends and competitive activity to help identify opportunities
  • Ensure communication flow between the client in terms of meeting deadlines
  • Manage the relevant evaluation tools for each client to ensure client satisfaction
  • Lead and direct reviews and strategic planning days with clients
  • Monitor examples of best practice PR campaigns outside of the client base
  • Have a good understanding of the turnover of each client and understand the opportunities to increase their revenue stream
  • Ensure budgets and PO’s and keep track of all budgets on a monthly basis and tracked

Location: London

Rate: £50,000 - £60,000

Duration: Permanent

Start date: ASAP
