In the last year, the agency has moved to a Brand new open - plan office following expansion and has further plans to grow by 25% in 2018! Their Client base has gone from strength to strength with the on-boarding of numerous global clients.
The Account Director role will have a specific focus in Oncology and will have experience in successful management and client account growth, as well as the ability to lead a team of account managers and executives.
Your primary focus would be to build and maintain customer relationships and also coordinate your team and push the creative.
The role would see you working closely with a global client, as a partner on further developing the companies' vision/ delivering projects and challenging them.
You will be reporting into the Client Services Director and have 2+ direct reports yourself.
Situated a short 2 minutes' walk away from a mainline station with direct access to Clapham Junction!
Key responsibilities include:
Developing a close relationship with clients to fully understand their business targets and KPI's.
Assisting Account managers in planning and adhering to budgets, and providing strategic guidance as to how targets are met and accounts are developed.
Working closely with the team to ensure that clients are being serviced effectively to a high standard and quality
Developing close relationships with suppliers and assisting in the education of product updates and developments, and gaining insights into various markets to be shared with both clients and staff.

- Several years Agency/Industry experience - specifically healthcare
- Management of budgets
- Management of a team of over 2 junior staff (Account managers/ Account Executives)
- Significant Oncology project experience
