Account Director for a major UK ERP solutions company
Up to £55k base plus £55k commission
An exciting ERP Software Company. Looking for an Account Director to drive new revenue generating opportunities through cross selling/up selling into existing accounts.
- Huge growth plans over the next couple of years especially a heavy investment into the US region with plans to grow the team massively by this time next year.
- Part of the FTSE 250 with overall revenues exceeding £4bn.
- Great accelerated tiered commission structure in place with scope to double basic salary through OTE.
- 100% Account Management role
- Managing relationships at C-level
- Leveraging strong relationships to expand sales revenue through account growth (cross and up sell)
- Achieve double digit growth of accounts
- Provide thought leadership internally
- Network within these accounts to deliver new opportunities for the business
- Take ownership of account planning and execution
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 7 years Account management experience.
- Consistent over-achievement against sales targets.
- Extensive experience at selling into complex, enterprise level accounts.
- Track record in managing £multi-million accounts.
- Knowledge of the ERP/ resource planning industry and/or the professional sector is beneficial.
