Account Development Manager

 £35,000 basic salary (£90K OTE) with a company car or car allowance (£5K) and quarterly bonus
Location: Must be willing to travel in and around the Midlands

Who We Are

Here at Croner Taxwise, over 4,000 accountancy practices rely on us to protect their clients from the costs associated with an HMRC enquiry. Our expert team manage around 7,500 claims a year, providing support and advice every step of the way. 

The Role

As an Account Development Manager you will play an integral role in the Croner Taxwise growth strategy by managing and developing existing accounts whilst also developing new business opportunities both through your own referral network and from appointments provided.

Your Impact

  • Engage with your clients regularly to maintain a strong relationship and provide additional value and services
  • Support your clients with the management, operation, and marketing of their fee protection scheme
  • Manage day to day queries for your clients when required
  • Grow Croner Taxwise's presence in the market by building and managing your sales pipeline in your region
  • Innovate the lead generation process and show resourcefulness when booking your own appointments and referrals
  • Encourage potential introducers and referral partners to meet with you to discuss the bespoke benefits of our services and products
What You Bring to the Team
  • A substantial track record within a B2B environment (Industry experience NOT required)
  • Pre-existing experience of managing a large volume of accounts
  • A Target focused approach
  • Confidence in value based/consultative approach
  • High degree of professionalism

As the Account Development Manager you are essential to our success. You will have a dynamic and engaging approach with a proven track- record of managing numerous accounts as well as a flair for value based/ consultative selling. This is an autonomous role where you can deviate from the norm and think creatively when generating new business. We don't ask for industry experience as training will be provided, but what we do ask is that you have a high energy, target focussed and consultative approach to your work.
