Account Development Manager - Required Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 1+ 3 years technology based knowledge and vast experience of building relationships within the market.

  • Sales driven, results focused with strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills
  • The ability to consistently work towards and meet/exceed daily, weekly, monthly and annual targets on a wide range of performance measures
  • Self-motivation and resilience with the ability to take the initiative and use appropriate judgment in any given situation
  • The ability to understand others viewpoint and use this to positively influence, encourage and motivate them to achieve results
  • Persuading and influencing skills to overcome objections and present value added propositions

Account Development Manager - Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Development of existing key accounts
  • Gain new revenue streams
  • Hit gross profit targets
  • Identifying new opportunities and maintaining a consistent sales pipeline
  • Proactively work with existing customers and deliver on sales strategy
  • Manage the face to face relationship with the customer
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Ensure customer service levels are meeting customer expectations
  • Attend regular site visits and customer review meetings
  • Maintain and grow GP in line with targets set by the business
