As an Account Development Executive, you will:
* Map, and approach warm/Existing prospects
* Deliver prospect outreach via phone, email, and social media
* Prepare and deliver demos
* Question, understand, and establish prospect pain points
* Guide prospects through the sales process
* Build strong rapport
* Negotiate and close sales with existing customers
* Collaborate with colleagues to help refine the sales playbook
* Continue personal development and learning
The ideal Account Development Executive will demonstrate the following skills, traits, and experience:
* A recent degree
* 6+ months previous sales experience
* Results/target driven
* Customer-focused mindset
* Excellent communication in both written and verbal form
* The ability to learn and understand new products and technology
* A hunger for career advancement
* Articulate, competitive, and passionate
* Go-getter mentality
* Outgoing with a sense of humour
The successful Account Development Executive can expect:
* A starting base salary of 25-30k
* A first-year achievable OTE of 45k (top earners 65k+)
